In Years 11 and 12 pupils study a broad range of GCSE subjects. Pupils study the core subjects and choices are made from a list of optional subjects:

Most pupils study eight or nine subjects at GCSE level.

Pupils can also study OCR Business Professional. All pupils are entered for COPE Level II (Certificate of Personal Effectiveness) which is equivalent to GCSE Grade B.

 

We also offer a combined vocational and academic course for those students who wish to pursue a more vocational route. This course contains a core of 5 GCSE subjects, Occupational Studies (equivalent to 2 GCSEs) as well as job sampling and work experience.

 

Study Skills programmes are offered to enrich the curriculum.
